What can the Advisor help me with?
The Advisor helps you find Kajeet options for connecting your business, school, or devices. Tell us what you’re trying to do, and we’ll help you work through the choices.
How do I begin?
Start with a sentence like “I need backup internet for three stores.” The Advisor will ask a few questions to understand what you need. You can type or use Voice Mode.
Do I need an account?
You can start a conversation without signing in. When you want to save your work and come back to it later, we’ll guide you through creating an account or signing in.
What if I don’t know all the details yet?
That’s okay. Share what you know, such as how many locations or devices you have. If you’re unsure about something, say so. The Advisor can help you work through it.
Finding a good fit

Can I check coverage at my location?
Yes. Share the address where you need service, and ask the Advisor to check coverage. Coverage information is a starting point. Reception can vary by building and exact location.
Will I see what it costs?
Yes. When the Advisor has enough information, your recommendation shows pricing for the suggested solution. If anything needs a quote from the Kajeet team, we’ll make that clear.
Can I change my mind or compare options?
Of course. Ask to see another option, change the number of devices, or explain a price. You can keep asking questions until you feel comfortable with the recommendation.

It’s a place to review the solution the Advisor has put together for you. You’ll find your recommendation, pricing, and supporting details together, so it’s easy to take another look or talk it through with your team.
Can I save or share my recommendation?
Yes. You can download a PDF to share with your team. Your Solution Room keeps your recommendation and its details together so you can review them in one place.
Am I committing to buy anything?
No. Asking questions and reviewing a recommendation does not place an order. When you’re ready, you can review the available next steps and decide how to proceed.
Can I order online?
Yes, when online ordering is available for your recommendation. Choose the order option to review the details and follow the steps to place your order. If your solution needs help from the Kajeet team, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Can I talk to someone at Kajeet?
Absolutely. Tell the Advisor you’d like to speak with the Kajeet team, or choose Talk to Sales when it’s offered. We’ll guide you through the next step.
